Cabana Rental Information Below
Full payment for the cabana rental is due upon booking.
Guest must be 25 or older to book the cabana rental and must be actively staying in a unit on property. No refund will be given if Guest is not actively staying on property on the arrival date for the cabana rental. No outside guests will be granted access to the property unless they're staying in a unit on property.
The max occupancy for the Cabana is 10 guests. Guests will check in at the front desk in B building on the morning of their Cabana rental where 10 wristbands will be provided for guests to wear for the duration of their rental. No additional wristbands will be given. Wristbands must be turned in to the front desk in B building once the rental has concluded or to the drop box located closest to Cabana #1 on the lazy river deck. A fee of $25 per wristband will be charged to the card on file for any wristbands that are not returned upon departure from the rental.
Alcohol consumption by guests under the age of 21 is absolutely forbidden. Violation of this will result in eviction from the cabana without refund.
NO obscene or offensive music allowed, please be respectful of your surroundings.
This is not an exhaustive list of behavior that may cause ejection or removal of guests. Guests who are ejected or removed agree that any monies paid are forfeit and deemed “used” in consideration for the effort expended in removing or ejecting Guest.
Please notify us immediately of any changes or cancellations on your cabana rental at 251.980.9010. To receive your payment back, you must cancel 30 days prior to arrival. There are no refunds for cancellations within 30 days of your scheduled arrival date or early departures.
We reserve the right to substitute a comparable cabana or cancel this rental without notice or liability should the initial unit be out of service or unavailable.
Neither Owner nor Agent shall be liable for events beyond their control which may interfere with Guests occupancy, including but not limited to Acts of God, acts of governmental agencies, fire, strikes, war, or inclement weather.
NO REBATE OR REFUND will be offered in these circumstances.
Guests agree to indemnify and hold Caribe Resort Condominium Association Inc, its management company, and affilates harmless for any liabilities, theft, damage, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim or litigation which may arise out of or in connection with Guests use and occupancy of the cabana rental, whether such risks be latent or manifest, including but not limited to any claim or liability for personal injury or damage or theft of property which is made, incurred or sustained by Guest(s). We are not responsible for loss of money or valuables of any kind.
Guests will be held liable for any damages they cause to the cabana and its interior contents.
