The living area with large screen TV, features a well equipped wet bar, with an ice maker and wine cooler, a convenient Queen-sized sleeper sofa, and a single-sleeper chair. Step onto the balcony to lounge and view many species of water birds, dolphins, and fish right below you in the clear water. The sleek kitchen, open to the living/dining area, is equipped with stainless steel KitchenAid appliances, a built-in microwave over a convection oven and large double door refrigerator. This nicely equipped kitchen is ready for the chef.Adjacent the living area, there is a spacious master bedroom with the same outstanding view. Our check-in time is 4:00 pm. However, you are welcome to come onto the property on your arrival date and enjoy amenities while you wait. When your unit becomes available we’ll give you a call. Check out is 10:00 am.
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our rental units.
Caribe Resort is a non-smoking facility.
We provide a trolley service that runs from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm to and from the public beach access point at the tip of the peninsula. Our trolley will also take you to the Cobalt Restaurant, the Caribe Marina and any building on our property. If you prefer to walk it takes just a few minutes.

We require that renters to be at least 25 years old. Additionally, the renter must be staying on the property for the entire duration of the reservation.

Cancellation Policy
Please notify us immediately of any changes or cancellations on your reservation at (251) 980-9000. To receive your deposit back, less a $55.00 processing fee, you must cancel 30 days prior to arrival on daily/weekly rentals and 90 days prior to arrival on monthly rentals. There are no refunds for early departures.
