Frequently Asked Questions

Do you provide towels and supplies for the beach and pool?

We recommend that you bring large pool/beach towels. We do supply floats for our Lazy River.

Is the resort pet-friendly?

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our rental units.

Is smoking allowed on property?

Caribe Resort is a non-smoking facility.

Do we have to walk across the street to get to the beach?

We provide a trolley service that runs from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm to and from the public beach access point at the tip of the peninsula. Our trolley will also take you to the Cobalt Restaurant, the Caribe Marina and any building on our property. If you prefer to walk it takes just a few minutes.

Is the resort within walking distance of everything in town?

We are within minutes of many popular locations, stores, and restaurants.

Do you host weddings and events?

What is the minimum age requirement for renting a condo?

We require that renters to be at least 25 years old. Additionally, the renter must be staying on the property for the entire duration of the reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Please notify us immediately of any changes or cancellations on your reservation at (251) 980-9000. To receive your deposit back, less a $55.00 processing fee, you must cancel 30 days prior to arrival on daily/weekly rentals and 90 days prior to arrival on monthly rentals. There are no refunds for early departures.
